Why You Need a Pre-Nuptial Agreement
No one enters into marriage expecting it to end in divorce, which is why some people shy away from pre-nuptial agreements. But think about it; you wouldn’t do anything else in this day and age without having some sort of insurance, so why should something as important as marriage be any different?
Having a prenuptial agreement has many benefits, for example:
- They protect ‘family’ property and possessions intended to pass down through generations

- They help those that are marrying for the second time
- They put financial expectations on the table before the wedding
Thinking this way may seem cynical, but on the other hand it is extremely sensible and practical. Every couple will have a different reason as to why they want a pre nuptial agreement.
